I worked as part of a small agile team at Nationwide, tasked with reimagining the banking app beyond a purely functional experience. The aim was to create something more personal and supportive, helping members better understand and manage their everyday spending habits.
We worked feature by feature, shaping ideas together before rapidly prototyping and testing them with users. Designs were iterated in close collaboration with developers, allowing new features to be explored, refined and built within the same sprint.
